Just two short years ago Cura managed to win a large RFP with the prestigious Allegheny Health Network (AHN) of nine hospitals centered around Pittsburgh.
The team not only had to grow from two to nine hospitals in a very short amount of time, they immediately demonstrated added value to our clients – in large part by bringing some of our established and demonstrated operational, culinary practices, and our Completely Satisfied patient experience across the network.

Cura has big plans for 2023 as our marketing teams will refresh hospital cafes across the country – transforming typical hospital cafes into destinations that drive customers from the community as well as the hospitals to boost sales!
Earlier this year, Cura’s marketing team overhauled The Cane River Cafe at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Louisiana where sales and traffic are exceeding expectations.
Cura rebranded the space, introduced new concepts, refreshed the menu, and tweaked the design to enhance engagement. The result: Sales have increased by more than 52%, traffic has grown by 27%, and check averages are up nearly a dollar in less than a month of its June opening!
