Cura Hospitality Announces New Vice President of Operations

  • Published May 3, 2022
  • | Press Releases

Cura Hospitality is proud to announce the appointment of Gary Stitzel to Vice President of Operations with responsibility for Cura’s East Coast territory.   Under Gary’s leadership, Cura’s proactive approach will support our clients’ day-to-day operations, while positioning the senior life and acute-care industries for the next generation of foodservice.

Gary brings 20 years of culinary, procurement, and production systems experience in the contract foodservice industry, most recently serving Aramark as a district manager responsible for a $60M portfolio.

Over the course of his career, Gary managed multi-site and faceted locations in the Mid Atlantic, gaining invaluable knowledge of several lines of business including healthcare.  “My strength in understanding a cross-section of operations enables me to identify opportunities for Cura clients while mentoring our managers for success,” he says.

Gary’s extensive finance and operations background will enhance Cura’s processes and help to build systems models that will support our clients’ growth and needs. “Transparency, trust, and listening to the needs of our customers build relationships,” says Gary.  “With my team, we will continue to work closely with each client and understand what system models the best support their facility.  Reaching the desired outcome will result in a win, win… keeping a client for life.”
