Happy New Year!  Cura Stories Shine in FSD’s Top 10 of 2025!

An amazing way to start the year — thrilled to share that three Cura stories were featured in FoodService Director’s Top 10 Senior Dining Stories of 2025—a huge testament to the creativity and dedication of our entire team!

Check out the article here: 10 Senior Dining Stories That Gave the Industry Longevity in 2025

Our highlights:

  • Cura’s Spice Story, courtesy of Jeremy Fry, resident district manager for Cura at Menno Haven Retirement Communities in Pennsylvania, who unlocks the healing potential of spices, a trend in senior dining. (Slide 1)
  • Our BeWell program was busy all year, including putting on a cooking demo at Phoebe Berks Senior Living in Wernersville, Pennsylvania where seniors were treated to a special cooking demo that featured many superfoods in one bowl: lentil falafel, leafy greens and blueberries. (Slide 4)
  • Cura wins FSD’s first healthcare recipe contest (featured at the 2024 Taste of Senior Living Silver Spoon competition sponsored by the LifeSpan Network) where our executive chefs prepared and served a traditional Peruvian favorite: The Chorizo and Manchego Bite! (Slide 9)

This recognition reflects the passion and innovation our team brings to senior dining every day. Thank you for making Cura a leader in the industry!

Here’s to an incredible 2026 together!
