Residents at Longwood at Oakmont in Verona, Pennsylvania, a Presbyterian SeniorCare Network Community, were treated to an open flame culinary showcase as part of the community’s Argentinean BBQ event.
The Argentinian Patagonia-style BBQ event transformed dining into an immersive culinary and cultural experience, featuring authentic flavors, and where the artistry of live-fire cooking captivated guests and turned an ordinary day into an extraordinary culinary experience.
The event, led by Cura Corporate Executive Chef Jason Clark, featured a live-fire grill where chefs prepared slow-roast bone-in short ribs, basted skirt steaks, hand-pressed artisan beef burgers, house-made pork chorizo sausages and more!
