To celebrate White Horse Village’s 37th anniversary, more than 420 residents across independent living, assisted living, and healthcare enjoyed an elegant sit-down three-course dining experience created by Cura Hospitality, the community’s dining partner.
The highly anticipated event in Newtown Square, PA, showcased the catering and culinary expertise of Cura’s onsite dining team, led by Executive Chef Edward Capozzi Jr. and General Manager Colleen P. Tyrrell. The team thoughtfully designed and adapted the menus for care levels, featuring filet mignon and butter-poached lobster tail, to ensure every resident could celebrate with comfort, dignity, and attentive hospitality. The dinner was preceded by a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres (pictured) and a complimentary champagne toast! The dining team also prepared 50 take-home meals for residents who were unable to attend the celebration in person.

To enhance the guest experience, Cura collaborated with Elior sister company Constellation to provide meal service for the event. Renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality at some of Philadelphia’s most iconic cultural destinations, including The Barnes Foundation, Fairmount Park Horticulture Center, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Constellation’s service team helped create a memorable evening for residents and guests.
White Horse Village announced its culinary partnership with Cura in April 2026, selecting the senior living dining expert for its unique ability to combine culinary expertise, nutrition science, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of dining’s impact on overall well-being.
