Cura celebrated its team members during Healthcare Foodservice Workers Week October 2-8. Cura was proud to honor professionals who help healthcare employees and patients stay well-nourished and healthy.

With 125 beds, the Cura team at South Dakota Human Service Center in Yankton, SD works out of the largest industrial kitchen in South Dakota. The back-of-the-house team serves 8,000 meals per week, including 2,450 fresh loaves of bread, 400 cinnamon rolls, and 7,000 cookies! Through a thoughtful recognition program, Tina Flood, general manager, has successfully retained her staff for up to 43 years! Read more here in FoodService Director Magazine.
