In her role as a Cura Business Development Director for the Midwest territory of the United States, Ms. Kielkucki guides life plan communities and acute care administrators on the benefits of a partnership with Cura Hospitality, a dining services specialist.
Ms. Kielkucki’s recent experience as the Corporate Sales Specialist with The Waters Senior Living Community in Minnetonka, MN, exceeded occupancy expectations in close collaboration with organizational leadership. This was a direct result of Joeleen’s strengths in customer service, creating positive relationships with referral sources and business partners while working closely with onsite management to focus on a resident-driven hospitality experience!
Ms. Kielkucki’s robust home care background will also enhance opportunities for administrators to market nutrition services provided by Cura as they make the transition from hospitals to their homes. At Recover Health in Minnetonka, MN, Kielkucki coordinated care between multiple departments for home health referrals within senior living communities, transitional care units, and hospitals. She also managed a team of community liaisons who provided community outreach and education.
Ms. Kielkucki also served Brighton Hospice in St. Louis Park, MN, where she provided valuable hospice education to clients and their families while coordinating sales and marketing events to help increase accounts and partnerships.
