Cura Hospitality is proud to expand its dining partnerships with the Congregation of St. Joseph (CSJ), growing its presence to six faith-based senior living communities across the country.
On May 11, Cura began dining services at Mount St. Mary, a continuing care retirement community in Wichita, Kansas. On July 20, Cura will also launch dining services for the Sisters of Nazareth, an assisted living community in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
These additions build on Cura’s longstanding relationships with other CSJ communities, including the Sisters of Wheeling in West Virginia; St. Francis Home in Tiffin, Ohio; St. Joseph Center, Rocky River, Ohio; and the Brothers of the Sacred Heart in Pascoag, Rhode Island—further reflecting Cura’s trusted role in delivering relationship-centered hospitality across faith-based organizations.
These latest partnerships build upon Cura’s strong reputation for elevating the dining experience through its Culinary FRESH Standards, enhancing the quality and nutrition of food prepared using fresh ingredients, including seasonal fresh vegetables offered daily; personalized service; and a deep respect for each organization’s mission.
While independent and assisted living residents will enjoy a resident-centered culinary experience, Cura’s dining programs also encourage nutrition for personal care residents who require assistance. Residents have access to a dietitian focused on individualized needs, while clinical teams collaborate with medical staff to identify at-risk individuals and implement proactive nutrition plans
In addition to comprehensive nutrition support, Cura offers the BeWell health and wellness platform. Through BeWell, our dining team make healthy choices easy, supported by the BeWell Kitchen—an interactive teaching space that connects food and wellness through hands-on learning.
All residents experience Cura’s Completely Satisfied—a proven service model designed to elevate hospitality, enhance resident engagement, and support diverse nutritional needs. Through targeted training, the program empowers dining and hospitality teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service while improving staff retention and operational efficiency—ultimately driving stronger resident satisfaction.
“We are honored by the trust CSJ has placed in us,” says Cura Senior Business Development Director Tony Filiaggi. “Our team understands the values, culture, and daily rhythms of sister and brother congregations, and we are proud to expand our partnerships with communities who inspire us through their mission and service.”
