Congratulations! Three Cura Executive Chefs Crowned WINNERS of FSD Magazine’s inaugural Healthcare Recipe Contest!

Experience the Global Flavors Winner: Corporate Director of Culinary John Cramutola in partnership with Corporate Executive Chef Jason Clark who created a Chorizo and Manchego bite with shrimp ceviche, topped with smoky tomato jam!

The Regional Favorites Winner was a dish created by Executive Chef Robert Grotha of Aberdeen Heights, a Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America community in Kirkwood, MO – the quinoa crusted rainbow trout with braised rainbow Swiss chard!

We are also proud of Cura’s Runners Up:  Corporate Executive Chef Jason Clark, citrus chicken tagine (global flavors category); Executive Chef Chris Hensel of Texas Health Hospital in Frisco, TX, Coffee Rubbed Rib Eye (global flavors category); Chef Jessica Goodwin, director of dining at Emporia Manor in Kansas, a Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America Community in Emporia, KS, pan seared chicken breast or salmon with creamy lemon tarragon sauce (global flavors category); and Chef Robert Huckels, general manager of dining, Aberdeen Ridge, a Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America community in Colorado Springs, CO, who submitted his almond tempura shrimp recipe (seafood category).
