Cura Hospitality is excited to announce an exciting new partnership!
On March 1st, Cura successfully opened Alexander Milne Developmental Services in Covington, Louisiana, an assisted living community and the state’s oldest intermediate care facility for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team provides high-quality food for family-style dining and extensive catering.
In fact, Cura’s catering had a huge impact on the selection process. According to Bridgette Carter, Milne Chief Operating Officer, “This is the first vendor that bypassed our board of directors’ selection process. We awarded the contract to Cura based on their ability to execute catering events under any circumstance. Their team was quick to respond and on very short notice to major events where we needed their help. We were impressed with the professionalism of General Manager Lauren Foley from Cura managed-Woman’s Hospital and her team, as well as Cura Corporate Executive Chef Lance Franklin. Together they supported Milne’s board of directors’ meetings, golf outings, large special events, and fundraiser galas!”
Thank you to District Manager Jonathan Robinson, (who coincidentally began his healthcare career and enjoyed the opportunity to be a food service director many years ago at Milne!) and to current Director of Dining Services Nick Ferro, for providing leadership in enhancing the overall dining experience for our residents, staff, and guests!
