Cura’s culinary team provides personal-centered care to the Holy Redeemer Hospital at the Meadowbrook campus, and to St. Joseph’s Manor Care. At its LifePlan continuing care retirement community located on the Lafayette Campus, Cura involves residents, families and staff in developing exceptional menu options to 168 personal and assisted living residents, as well as 250 independent living residents. In addition to dining, Cura manages a country store which provides an additional dining option for fresh grab-and-go food, sundries and other essentials for residents, guests and employees.
Cura’s industry knowledge, combined with their years of experience in guiding clients during café renovations, will provide Holy Redeemer with ideas for stylish and trend-forward dining and bistro options. Future renovation plans include an open dining concept featuring a gastro pub, wood-fired pizza operation and a specialty drink station.
