“Team Tapas” wins the People’s Choice Award at the Annual Elior North America Conference where chefs from across Elior brands participated in this highly anticipated culinary competition using ingredients announced just before the start! The winning team showcased the talents of Cura’s Executive Chefs Robert Grotha of Aberdeen Heights, a Presbyterian Manors of America Senior Living Community in Kirkwood MO; and Terry Geracia of Allegheny Health Network’s Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, PA.

Chef Robert is an accomplished culinarian with a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales and Chef Terry is a graduate of the International Culinary Academy. The team was also supported by Cura Chef and Director of Culinary and Retail for Allegheny Health Network David Gibson; Cura Corporate Director of Culinary John Cramutola, CDM, CFPP; and Cura Corporate Executive Chef Lance Franklin.
