Kudos to Cura Executive Chef/Food Service Director Laishawnn Ross of Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Fort Worth in Texas, who was honored to participate alongside local culinary talent for an exclusive audience during the Signature Chefs Auction Event recently held at The River Ranch Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. Chef Ross prepared flavorful and beautifully displayed lamb meatballs – a culinary hit, that delighted the food palettes of guests who attended the fundraising event in support of the March of Dimes mission!
