Dealing with our favorite topic…food! The Aging Today podcast recently featured Dr. Michael Williams, who is Cura’s Vice President of Nutrition and Wellness. Michael shares how culinary and nutrition was his calling. “I was always interested in the effect that food has on us. After serving as a chef for many areas of hospitality including restaurants and hotels, I found that being an executive chef in acute care and senior living settings was most fulfilling – especially feeding those who may not be able to do it on their own.” Michael is so happy to share his food story and nutrition knowledge, and together with Cura, the role we play in healthy aging for the residents and patients we serve!
