In an early celebration of Valentine’s Day, Cura Hospitality provided a sweet experience for healthcare workers at Holy Redeemer Hospital’s Meadowbrook campus.
Cura’s foodservice team turned the Pennsylvania hospital’s cafe into an all-day themed party on Friday, Feb. 12. It started with breakfast featuring a “Don’t Go Bacon My Heart” special: three heart-shaped pancakes with bacon and coffee. The lunch menu offered more Valentine-inspired fare, including a Marry Me Chicken dish plated with a heart-shaped shrimp kabob! Read more here!
