Cura’s Souper Bowl Challenge Champion was the Dill Pickle Soup submitted by Domenica Babo, MS, RDN, LDN, and Allegheny Health Network’s Saint Vincent Hospital Healthy Food Center Manager! In celebration of National Soup Month (held in January), the hospital started the Souper Bowl promotion on January 23rd prior to the NFL Championship Game! Soups were homemade by Cura Hospitality Lead Cook Jennifer Ciotti. Customers enjoyed everything from pizza and pepper soups to black bean soup or the easy chicken tortilla!
