Big Appetite for Microgreens at Peter Becker Community

There’s no fresher food than the microgreens grown for meals at Peter Becker Community(PBC) in Harleysville, PA.

Forget about shipping and refrigeration time. None of that’s needed.  “We keep them growing until right before they’re served,” said Josh Crandall, Cura Hospitality’s general manager for dining at PBC. “We harvest them, rinse them and serve them right away.”
